missing batteries |

Ages ago I purchased one of you nitro off-road truck kits, item no:08341T2 but then I became busy so have only recently started to build it and have now discovered that mine didn't include any batteries for the receiver so I can't control it. The parts list says that 2 should have been included, (part no. 167) but none were, really you should supply these as they should have been in the box but weren't so how do I go about getting these batteries as it's currently of no use while I can't control it.

Hello Mr. James Brown:
Usually the battery is not included in R/C car because it is convenient to get, the parts list indicate the quantity of battery required instead of been included, please get 4 pieces of AA battery from convenient store, your car will be ready to run.
